Mariah's private mentorships include 1:1 private calls, access to online resources, daily whatsapp support and community that meet you exactly where you are, monthly embodiment practices & group coaching calls - intending to connect you with the healer within. This is intended to provide EVERYTHING you need & more.

Group Sessions

Mariah offers monthly embodiment practices that are aimed at relaxing the mind and attuning to the heart - they are available to everyone and offered on a donation basis, making them available for anyone and everyone. The aim is to heal in community, whilst also meeting the body and opening the heart for more love to exist.

Akashic Readngs

Mariah offers individual 45 minute readings for individuals seeking to understand themselves deeper, release blocks and set them self free - the intention is to go deep, quick so that you can free yourself from the limitations of your past cycles and lean into all that you fully are, already. Confirming what you already know.

Mariah is an amazing Mentor. I developed very bad lower back pain which my physiotherapist diagnosed as Piriformis syndrome and advised me to start doing Yoga. Mariah helped me get to the root cause of my pain, which was emotional suppression in my relationship. Mariah ignited a sense of security in me and encouraged me to see myself in a brighter light. She often said, "You already know what I'm telling you, you just need to remember and trust."

I used to dismiss my spiritual interests as "woo-woo" because others ridiculed them, but meeting Mariah felt like a gift from the universe. She made me believe in a higher power and confirmed that I wasn't crazy when I needed it most. During a tough time, when my friends said I was acting crazy, Mariah approached me at my first Reiki ceremony and said, "You're not crazy." In that moment, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

I was first introduced to Mariah through her yoga classes. I soon started one on one private coaching, at first I was very skeptical that this would be extremely “spiritual” and would not align with my scientific nature, however Mariah manages the perfect combination of psychological and spiritual practice. Mariah has such a beautiful pure heart and is one of the kindest people I know. Her patience, guidance and support reach no limits. She has truly changed my life! I always look forward to all events held by her.
