Mariah offers her own mix of Yoga Therapy, Embodiment, Tantra, Kundalini, Energy Work, Intuitive Guidance & Shamanism through a trauma-informed lens, to help people harness their innate spiritual power, heal trauma, release stories of the past, and cultivate a state of mind, body & spirit coherence.
She has over 6 years of experience working with people privately, holding through the many stages of awakening. Her signature program 'The Journey Back Home' focuses on bringing souls back into connection with their bodies, giving them the tools to meet their emotions, thoughts, and conditioning from a holistic lens. The intention is for you to connect back with your intuition, building trust with the body and moving in alignment with the natural flow of the masculine and feminine energies that exist within us and all around us.
She has been training and learning with psychic healers, shamans and spiritual mentors her entire life and uses her gifts of reading energy to support clients in finding their own sense of inner freedom and liberation away from the past and into the present.

Group Sessions
Mariah offers various spiritual group events using various modalities: Yoga, embodiment, meditation, women circles and cacao ceremonies, that provide holistic tools for you to reconnect back with the body and the medicine of Mother Earth. Soul Readings
Mariah offers individual 30 minute and 1 hour soul readings for individuals seeking to understand themselves deeper, release blocks and set them self free - the intention is to go deep, quick so that you can free yourself from the limitations of your past cycles and lean into all that you fully are, already.

Mariah is an amazing coach. I developed very bad lower back pain which my physiotherapist diagnosed as Piriformis syndrome and advised me to start doing Yoga. I used to dismiss my spiritual interests as "woo-woo" because others ridiculed them, but meeting Mariah felt like a gift from the universe. She made me believe in a higher power and confirmed that I wasn't crazy when I needed it most. During a tough time, when my friends said I was acting crazy, Mariah approached me at my first Reiki ceremony and said, "You're not crazy." In that moment, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.

I was first introduced to Mariah through her yoga classes. I soon started one on one private coaching, at first I was very skeptical that this would be extremely “spiritual” and would not align with my scientific nature, however Mariah manages the perfect combination of psychological and spiritual practice. Mariah has such a beautiful pure heart and is one of the kindest people I know. Her patience, guidance and support reach no limits. She has truly changed my life! With a deep understanding of the science behind spirituality, my offerings combine Quantum Physics, Epigenetics, Neuroscience, Psychology, Spirituality, Shamanism and Somatic Healing techniques to help individuals connect with their own healing power and achieve lasting transformation. This work is deeply inspired by my own self-healing journey; going from struggling with severe anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, hormonal imbalances, physical ailment sand so much more, my mission is to share all the tools and practices that continue to support this expansion we go through in life. A space of understanding, validation and love ~ where science meets spirituality. I wasn't sick. I was just deeply intuitive, and now I get to share my gifts with others, aiding you in manifesting the life of your dreams and beyond!

I am deeply committed to supporting others into returning back into your truth and move out of fear and trauma response by working through any suppressed emotions/ memories/ trauma which may be living in the physical body. I use different techniques to move stagnant energy (emotions) through the body to bring the body, mind and spirit back into a state of equilibrium allowing for the embodiment of divine energies in. By combining ancient spiritual techniques with modern scientific understanding, I help people shift their thoughts and actions towards a more loving reality.
I take an educational approach and I'm very passionate about teaching individuals about polarity, greater consciousness & how to work with our inner and outer energies. I am currently practicing and studying Integrative Shamanism and i'm here to hold space for people to change their energy and therefore, change their life, in community.
